To insure your package arrives quickly and securely we use Australia Post Express Post.

Orders placed before 3pm on business days will be posted that same day. We are pleased to offer our customers a competitive flat rate shipping charge of $7.50 Australia wide for packages up to 3kg.

For any single transaction spend over $150 regardless of weight, we will send your items Express Post - FREE!

Most Express Post Packages are delivered to you within 1 working day if you live in a city. Although, should you reside in a more remote area, your parcel may take a little longer. In the unlikely event your parcel will be delayed in dispatch, we will contact you immediately to discuss the reason with you.

If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact us and we will track it for you with the tracking code provided with Express Post.

International Delivery

Itty Bitty Yuppy would love to deliver to any of our international customers! International orders received will generally be shipped within 24 hours. International deliveries will be via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on location.

Again, Itty Bitty Yuppy is proud to offer a flat rate of $15 for items up to 3 kgs but should your order be unusually large and bulky we may contact you to inform you of an extra shipping fee.

Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basic charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Please place a note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.

Also please note that Although Australia Post offers an efficient service, mishaps do occasionally happen. Itty Bitty Yuppy does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have left our office. Therefore we recommend you consider insurance.

Orders delivered outside are exempt from 10% GST.
